Email us your website.
We'll email you back a plan.
One-on-one business consulting, delivered in writing. Send us your website and what's not working — you get back a personal, specific action plan for your business. No calls. No retainers. From $20.
Your first email costs nothing. We reply with a fixed quote before you pay a cent.
Three steps. All of them are email.
You write to us
Send your website and a few honest lines about your business to consult@pca-consultants.com — what you sell, what's stuck, what you want more of. Five minutes, no forms.
We do the work
A consultant goes through your site page by page, your offer, your pricing, and your market — and writes a plan that could only be about your business. We reply first with a fixed quote so you know the price before you pay.
You get the letter
A written consultation lands in your inbox: what to fix, in what order, and why. Reply with questions — the thread stays open. Reread it in six months. It's yours.
The advice is specific,
or it's worthless.
What you sell, and to whom
Most struggling businesses don't have a traffic problem — they have an offer nobody can repeat back. "We'd pay for this because…" should take one sentence. We'll write you that sentence.
What you charge
The face-serum brand charging $38 with $9 shipping baked in. The consultant billing hourly for outcomes clients would pay 5× for. Pricing is usually the fastest fix, and the scariest one — so we show the math.
Every page, as a stranger
We go through it the way a first-time visitor does: what's confusing, what's buried, where people bail, and what the homepage should say instead. Screenshot by screenshot when it helps.
Who else they'd buy from
We look up your actual competitors — what they charge, how they position, where they're beatable — so the plan is grounded in your market, not in generic best practice.
The examples above are the kind of things we catch — illustrative, not client quotes. Your letter is written for your business alone.
Priced like a book,
not like a consultant.
Every tier is a range — where you land depends on the size of your site and how deep the dig needs to go. Email first, it's free: we reply with the tier we'd recommend and your exact fixed price, before you pay a cent.

Fixed quotes, agreed before payment · Invoiced by email · If the letter isn't worth what you paid, reply and say so — we'll make it right.
Consulting got expensive because of everything around the advice — the discovery calls, the decks, the retainers, the lunches.
We removed all of it and kept the part you were paying for: someone smart, looking carefully at your business, telling you the truth in writing.
Written advice beats a call, anyway. There's nothing to remember or transcribe. You can reread it in six months, forward it to your partner, and hold us to it — because it's all there, in ink.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Anyone with a website and something to sell: e-commerce brands, local services, coaches, freelancers, restaurants, SaaS. If you can describe your business in an email, we can consult on it. The advice is priced so that a business doing $500 a month can afford it — and useful enough that one doing $500K a month still learns something.
Who's actually writing my consultation?
A consultant, one-on-one, with modern research tools behind them — every letter is read, reasoned, and written for your business specifically. Nothing is a template. If we don't think we can help you, we'll say so in the first reply and there's nothing to pay.
How do I pay?
You don't, at first. Email us, we reply with a recommendation and a fixed quote, and if you say go, we invoice you by email. No card details on this site, no subscriptions, no surprises.
Can we get on a call instead?
No — and that's the point. The moment we add calls, we add calendars, no-shows, and the overhead that makes normal consulting cost $300 an hour. Everything meaningful about your business fits in writing, and you'll get more from a letter you can reread than a call you half-remember.
What if the advice isn't good?
Reply and tell us. If the letter isn't worth what you paid, we'll make it right — another pass, or your money back. An unhappy reader is worth more to us as an honest critic than as $20.
What should my first email say?
Your website, what you sell, and what's bothering you — in plain words. "Traffic but no sales." "Everyone says it's too expensive." "I don't know what to work on first." That's enough. This link pre-fills the whole thing.
